Warranty Claim Return Process

This article will explain how to submit a warranty claim to replace a failed device.

If your smart valve has stopped checking in or is not working and you've followed all of the troubleshooting steps we have provided, please submit a "Warranty Claim" using the support form on this Support page.

Please choose Warranty Claim as your reason, and include device serial number(s) and all troubleshooting steps you have taken.  

Please also include screenshots or pictures of the failed device if possible to help us understand the devices current state.  

A member of our support team will respond with instructions for initiating the return and sending a replacement.
